Also excludes any non-U.S. resident or address outside of the U.S. Units must be manufactured in current calendar year or four immediately preceding calendar years. Eligibility:

To be eligible to enter and win the Mercury Enter to Win an Outboard Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you must be: (a) a legal U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions); (b) 18 years or older as of the Entry Period and (c) reside in the United States as of the Entry Period. In addition, you must own a boat that is suitable for the safe installation and operation of the selected engine (between 2.5HP and 300HP), as further explained below. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Brunswick Corporation, promotional sponsors, dealers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, licensees, agencies and affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

All entries must be received between October 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

Avator 7.5e “Power Up” Retail Promotion available January 5-March 31, 2025. All Avator 7.5e kits are eligible for a spare (additional) 1kWh battery – more than a $1,000 retail value! This additional 1kWh battery (8M6010612) will be sent directly to the consumer at no charge when their 7.5e kit is registered. All eligible 7.5e kits must be registered to the consumer. Registrations must be received by April 15, 2025. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. Excludes Avator 20e/35e/75e/110e, government, donations, as well as motors sold for commercial, camp or resort applications, guide and outfitter registrations.
